Our Story
Minoa Education is a family-run group, proudly independent and free from outside investment. Our long-term approach is centred on delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families and the teams who work within our nurseries
The group is led day-to-day by Kate and Leo, both qualified Early Years teachers, who work closely with the experienced leadership teams across each of our settings. Together, we are committed to creating exceptional nursery environments with strong educational foundations, thoughtful operational stewardship, and a culture that values both children and educators alike.
